The following methods of payments are accepted and must be paid during booking:

What is the confidentiality policy at Tesfa Counselling and Report Services?
As a counsellor in private practice, my confidentiality policy is in line with the
industry standard. The bottom line is, everything we talk about will stay confidential
between you and your counsellor. The only reason we would need to break
confidentiality is if:

1) Client were to tell their counsellor of a child or vulnerable adult being subjected to
abuse or neglect.

2) Client were to disclose an immediate intention to end their life or the life of another
person.
​
3) Client were to be involved in a legal matter where the court subpoenas their file.
What does registered social worker mean?
Only individuals who are registered with the British Columbia College of Social
Workers or who are employed as social workers by one of the exempt employers
under the Social Workers Regulation may call themselves social workers in British
Columbia and only registrants of the College may use the abbreviation “RSW”.
What is the cancelation policy?
Cancellation is 48 hours.
One full business day, meaning the day before your scheduled appointment, must be given
for the cancellation of all appointments. If not, the full session fee will be charged.
Your session is reserved exclusively for you and is thus not available to others.
